Data collected
Through the contact form and bookings: surname, first name, phone number, email address, pick-up and destination addresses, trip details (date, time, flight number, number of passengers and pieces of luggage) and, where applicable, specific needs (adapted transport). When you book, the language of the website you are using is also recorded, so that the emails related to your ride (confirmation, reminder, cancellation) can be sent to you in that language.
Purposes and legal bases
This data is used solely to respond to your requests, provide a quote, carry out the transport service you have booked and meet our legal obligations (invoicing). Legal basis: performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Access to your bookings (“magic link”)
You can view your bookings without creating an account or a password. By entering your email address on the “My bookings” page, you receive a secure, temporary access link (valid for 30 minutes), intended for you alone. This makes it easier to exercise your right of access to your data (Article 15 of the GDPR). No account and no additional data is created: the link is a signed token, with nothing stored. This email is strictly functional (it contains no advertising).
Retention periods
Contact requests: 12 months. Booking and invoicing data: the legal periods applicable under French commercial and tax law. No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Website hosting: Vercel Inc. Email delivery: Resend. Online payment, where applicable: Stripe and PayPal, which process your bank details directly, with nothing stored on our systems.

This website uses cookie-free audience measurement with no individual identification. No advertising cookies are set.
